When you request an estimate we collect: your contact details (name, email, phone, country), the dental information you describe, your travel preferences, relevant medical answers (conditions, medications, allergies), and — if you choose to send them — dental photographs, X-rays or scans.
Only to: prepare your estimate and quote, allow Doctor Tuyen to review your case, coordinate your travel, treatment and aftercare, process the VIP Treatment Package payment and refund, and communicate with you about your enquiry. We ask separate consent for each additional use (for example, sharing with the Vietnamese clinic team, or any marketing).
Dental photographs and health information are stored in restricted, access-controlled private storage. They are never published on the website or social media, and are never used in marketing without your explicit, separate consent.
Your information is shared only with the clinical and coordination team who need it for your care, and with payment processing (Stripe) for the deposit and refund. We do not sell your data.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to any records we must keep for clinical or legal reasons). Contact: groupphuonganhdental@gmail.com.
