The VIP Treatment Package is activated by a $100USD pre-deposit, charged in US dollars to your card. It includes: a personalised estimate; doctor review within one working day; treatment and material comparison; a price lock on your confirmed quote; one hotel room for five nights (one companion may share the room; a second room is not included); airport pickup at Noi Bai International; clinic–hotel travel coordination; optional additional photo review; unlimited travel-date changes; a Doctor-confirmed PDF quote; and refund of the pre-deposit after eligible treatment completion.
Once Doctor Tuyen confirms your quote, the price is locked for the exact quoted procedure, scope, and selected material until your treatment is completed. New or changed treatment outside that scope requires a new quote or change order which you approve before it proceeds.
Your package entitlement remains active indefinitely. Travel dates remain preferences until your treatment is accepted, availability is confirmed, your flight ticket is uploaded, and it is verified by our team — only then is clinic capacity reserved for you.
Unless separately arranged: second rooms, extra nights, room upgrades, meals, minibar, incidentals, unrelated transport, and any hotel security deposits are not included.
After your treatment is completed and confirmed, your $100USD pre-deposit is refunded to your original payment card, less non-refundable payment-processing fees. See the Refund & Cancellation Terms for full conditions.
The package may be transferable to another person at our discretion; any new patient remains subject to Doctor Tuyen's clinical acceptance.
